Don Jose De Ortega Chapter, NSDAR

The Don Jose De Ortega Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR or DAR), was organized 50 years ago on October 9, 1970, at the Andres Pico Adobe in Mission Hills. There were 24 charter members present who elected Muriel Drew Fisher as the organizing regent. The chapter was named for Don Jose de Ortega (1734-1798), who was the ancestor and fifth-generation grandfather of a prospective member, of our chapter.

Your interest in our chapter is greatly appreciated. If you would like to attend a chapter meeting, please take a moment to click on the "Contact Us" link in the blue menu box on the left.
